When I don't have a detailed break down I ususally just put the locoation as "Gun Deck". Your guess is probably correct, but the 3 pounders could have been in the roundhouse as well/instead. without numbers you can't really even guess.

not sure about the gun layout here.

The info said that the 100 guns were 36, 18, 12, 3 pounders. It dosent say how it is distributed through the decks though. Could have had 18's on the Upper deck and 12's on the Quarter deck I suppose. I went for what seemed the most likely.
