Portuguese ships will be refered by HMFMS/F/C - His/Her Most Faithful Majesty's Ship/Frigate/Corvette - before ship´s name.

These abbreviations will distinguish same ship´s name from different nations and government warships from pivateers or privately-owned merchantmen.

Portuguese´s ships called Nossa Senhora will be abreviated as N S.

Portuguese's ships with a ç character will be substituted by a c.
