This is too tricky for me. Its exact nature is hidden behind a wall of lies, argument, and national sentiment.
Since all Captains tweaked their armament regularly, I guess anything other than a Razee or official re-rating has to be ignored to an extent - so I put it down as the 24 Gun Corvette it was supposed to be.
